Snake
Description
Snake, like Tetris, has been around forever. It regained popularity when Nokia included it on their cell phones some 10 years ago. I decided to write an online version for my friends and me to play, with a top-10 scoreboard. Using AJAX to update the scores table, players see their accomplishments immediately, or can watch their high scores get toppled in real-time. Snake utilizes cookies to remember user's name and color preferences, and features three levels of difficulty.
