Description
Apartments is the number one keyword searched on the community portal StateCollege.com. It was therefore vital that the apartment finder be extremely easy to navigate. Property managers are able to purchase advertising for their apartments on the portal, so I developed an easy-to-use interface to allow them to add their apartments to a searchable listing. Residents looking to rent can search the listings using a very powerful search and initiate contact with the property managers through the site. Detailed statistics on views, clicks, contacts and more are provided to the property managers.

- Distance from campus calculated using geocoding
- Find apartments by region using the Nearby Apartments feature
- Search by date available, bedrooms, price range, as well as extended features like swimming pools or air conditioning
